All orders ships via Registered Airmail to anywhere in the world. We provide No-registered air mail, Registered Air Mail and DHL Express Expedited shipping method:

Global Postal Service – No Tracking: Global Postal Service – No Tracking is usually the most economical shipping method and typically carried by a national postal service. It charges by the actual package weight. The actual shipping time varies from country to country, but it may take somewhere from 8 – 25 business days (10 – 30 week days).

The major drawback of Global Postal Service – No Tracking is that it does not provide tracking. Hence, we don’t recommend the usage of Global Postal Service – No Tracking for any order from buyneomagnets.com. (Now we stopped no tracking post service in BUYNEOMAGNETS).

Global Postal Service – Tracking: With tracking number, Global Postal Service – Tracking is also carried out by a national postal service, but includes tracking capability.

Additionally, it varies from country to country and can take 5 – 12 business days (7 – 15 week days). We recommend the use of Global Postal Service – Tracking to improve your experience. (with this shipping method, please choose “Standard Shipping” when checkout)

Global Express Expedited: Global Express Expedited Shipping is the fastest way to ship your product globally. It typically takes 3 – 7 business days (4 – 8 week days) to arrive and is carried by one of the following global express shipping companies: DHL, UPS, FedEx, and TNT. We have very good discounted prices from the couriers to save money; we highly recommend the usage of Global Express Expedited Shipping for the best shopping experience. (with this shipping method, please choose “Express Expedited” when checkout)

The tracking for Global Express Expedited Shipping is far superior to those of its counterparts. It includes updates on every step of the way.

You may return undamaged items to us postmarked within 45 calendar days of delivery. If the return is not a result of our error, customers will be required to cover shipping cost both ways. Please make sure the item is returned in the original condition, with the original packaging and accessories.

Timely shipping is the number one priority for us. Most items can be shipped within 1 business day, but some product will be processed in approx. 3 days.

Product Warranty (faulty / defective over normal use)

Unless otherwise noted on the product page, product warranty is 6 months counted from the date of shipment.

Within 3 months from shipment:

Upon returning, defective items are replaced and shipped back to customers for free. Return shipping reimbursement is USD 20 or actual value of regular airmail, whichever is lower.

Afterwards:

Customers may still send defective items back to BUYNEOMAGNETS. BUYNEOMAGNETS passes those items back to their manufactures and helps coordinating the repair. Customers are responsible for shipping charges both ways.

Depending on the problem, fees may be assessed by the manufacturers. BUYNEOMAGNETS will contact customers before committing the repairs.

Incorrect Description / Wrong Items Mailed

BUYNEOMAGNETS will exchange the item or fully refund you. Contact us and then ship the products back via the least expensive method, and BUYNEOMAGNETS covers all return shipping charges.

Due to restrictions imposed by PayPal, BUYNEOMAGNETS is unable to issue refunds 60 days after payments. In such cases, store credits of equivalent value are issued in place of refunds.

An item not as described is defined as either a significant specification is different or the appearance of the primary product is significantly different, compared to those listed on the product page before ordering.

Return & Refund Policy

1. Order Cancellations

2. Return Policy

All Returns must be made within 30 days of purchase date. If you encounter a problem with your order, or have questions, please contact our sales staff at whatsapp: 1-347-470-5165 or email [email protected] to acquire a Return Material Authorization (RMA) number.

3. Return of Goods. Return of goods will only be accepted under the following conditions:

i. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, TOPMAGNETS will make sure you get the correct product, and bear the cost of shipping to return the incorrect or damaged product. ii. For an exchange. If you have purchased an item and wish to exchange it for another item of equal or higher value you may do so, providing the goods are returned unused in the original packaging and you include your original receipt. When returning goods always return them to the address which is printed on the top of your invoice. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods and if you are returning the goods for an exchange for a different item you must pay return postage for the exchanged goods to be returned back to you.

4. Delivery of Goods. Delivery of your goods will be as following:

i. In stock items will be delivered within 1-3 working days. (in exceptional circumstances stock items will be delivered within 15 days)
ii. Non stock items will be delivered within 15 days. (in exceptional circumstances your order may take longer than 15 days, if this occurs you will be notified and you maybe offered a substitute, if your goods will take longer than 15 days you have the option of cancelling your order.).

5. Refunds Policy. Refunds will only be issued in the following circumstances:

i. When you are exercising your right to cancel your order under the 7 day cancellation period. If you request a refund after the 7 day cooling off period , and the goods are not faulty you will not be entitled to a refund. You may however request an exchange or a credit note.
ii. When the goods are faulty. If your goods are faulty you may request a refund, If the goods are damaged or subject to normal wear and tear you will not be entitled to a refund. iii. Under the 90 day money back guarantee. See section 5 for full details of this guarantee. Refunds will not be issued against goods where you have simply changed your mind about wanting the goods. Refunds will not be issued against goods where you have been advised by a company representative or by the product suitability information provided in our catalogue or on our website, this includes the size of goods, and you have chosen a product which was deemed by a company representative or by the information provided by the company to be unsuitable (or the incorrect size) for the purpose which you have purchased it. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods to us when claiming a refund. The goods must be returned in their original packaging, with the original receipt.

6. 180 day money back guarantee. If you do not gain any benefit from the goods after 170 days of continued use, you may claim a full refund of the purchase price of your goods within 180 days providing your claim meets the following criteria:

i. The goods must have been used, as per the instructions for use, daily for a minimum of 170 days from the date of receipt of goods.
ii. All goods must show signs of at least 170 days wear and tear. All goods which are returned under this policy will be examined by 2 members of staff to ascertain the amount of wear and tear of the goods, if it is deemed by 2 members of staff that the goods do not show evidence of at least 170 days wear and tear you will not be entitled to a refund.
iii. You must demonstrate that you have not received any significant benefit from the goods within 180 days of purchase of the goods. If your symptoms have not been resolved by even a small amount within 180 days you will be issued with a refund. However if your symptoms have been reduced at all within 180 days you will not be entitled to a refund. You may be asked to provide proof of failure to gain benefit and this may include evidence of any prescription medication that you are taking or a supporting letter from your country, or evidence of pre and post use pain scores.
iv. You must return the goods in the original packaging and with the original invoice. The goods must be received by us within 180 days of purchase. Any goods returned after 180 days of the purchase date will not be liable for refund under this policy. You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods back to us for inspection.
